Bar 1661 in the heart of Dublin City.
Join us as we bring together distillers and producers from across the island of Ireland along with industry experts
to explore this unique spirit category. It’s time to put this uniquely Irish spirit centre stage and we aim to do
just that over the coming years. It’s time for Poitín to take it’s place on bar shelves and in glasses across the world.
Expect delicious drinks, lively discussion and debate as we bring Ireland's most ancient of spirits to you in a truly
contemporary space. It’s going to be great craic!
